Removing the Business Number from the Front of Saved Reports

You can instruct EasyAs to remove the number that appears at the front of all reports saved to your hard drive…

Example: When you click to print an invoice to a PDF you will discover that EasyAs will place a number at the front of the invoice, thus if for example the invoice number was 552 then the name of the invoice might be “1 Invoice 552”

The number that appears at the front will depend upon which business profile you are using at that time…  The business profile number depends where on the list the Business appears in the business profiles list, if for example your business was on line one then the number 1 would appear, if the business appears on line five then the number 5 would appear at the front.

If you do not want these numbers to appear you can turn them off.
