Before Emailing Support
To prevent loss of time we ask that you review this help area before contacting us with any help query. Whilst we do try to respond to your emails in a timely fashion it can be delayed due to the different time frames around the world and holidays and weekends etc…. It could be that we will respond in as little as 3 hours but it could take as long as 72 hours.
Please be aware that we have been providing online help in this way for over 10 years, and during this time we have been asked almost every question possible, thus you will discover that almost all of your answers have been answered within the help section and the online video training sections, as we have constantly updated and amended these areas for your convenience.
Please take the time to look at the questions and answers page, if you cannot find your answer then go down the list of links at the side of this page to see if one of these links may help you.
Don’t forget that we have an extensive array of training videos which take you through all aspects of the program, many of your questions relating to specific areas of the software are usually answered by viewing the training videos belonging to that section..
We ask that you carry out all the above actions before contacting us, because many times when a help request comes in we simply refer you back to a page on our website which contains the answers you were looking for.
Its not that we are saying don’t contact us, but in the long run this sometimes causes you more grief as the answers you were looking for were instantly available, so if you were unfortunate and had to wait for 40 hours for us to respond with a redirection back to a particular page on the website it can seem very annoying.
