What happens after the purchase

Where is my Serial Number ?

After you purchase the software the merchant will send you an email which contains a copy of your Serial Number.

Please be aware that you will not receive an email from the merchant until funds clear, but obviously with today’s online merchants this is usually going to be very fast and almost instant if you pay via paypal or use a credit card.

Be aware that any method of payment other then credit card or paypal could slow the process down by between 2 to 5 working days.

What Does the Serial Number Look Like:

It will appear in the email as Part A, B, C and D.

There are 4 Boxes in which to enter the serial number into the software, hence the first box becomes Part A, the second box becomes Part B, the third box becomes Part C and the forth box becomes Part D.

What If I Do Not Receive My Email

If you do not receive your email containing your serial number then please contact us at info@easyasaccountingsoftware.com

It is extremely rare that emails are not delivered, but sometimes we are dealing with the unknown.

Please also be aware that the email will be sent to the email address you used at time of purchasing.
