Company Logos – Logo Design
Creating of a company logo for any size business does require patience and a willingness to be open to involve others in the Logo Design..
Once created a Logo can become an important part of your business landscape. As other businesses you deal with will automatically know at a glance who the correspondence is from, who has pulled up in the driveway (if the vehicle has the same art work on display), and this all happens in a flash as the subconsious mind automatically searches for the association.
With EasyAs you can add a logo to your invoices, quotes, purchase orders and credit notes…
We supply you with a logo file called logo.bmp which is found in the EasyAs Data Subdirectory (located in the installation directory. Which you can edit if you wish, and is already the size that is used by the EasyAs system.
If you are new to computers, simply use the search tool that comes with windows, and search for logo.bmp. Once you locate the file, you can right click on the file to edit it.
The EasyAs Program only looks at bmp files, if you have a logo in another format you will have to resave it in bmp format.

Multiple Businesses
With EasyAs you can run up to 5 businesses at one time.. You have the ability to switch between each business at the click of a mouse.
There is one tip that needs to be highlighted to our clients:
When using the software for multiple businesses you are stuck with keeping that business on the line where you first placed it. Do not go switching position from year to year..
I.E. when you look at the list and the positions of each business, the first business is usually going to be at the top, and is always the name you first told the system on the initial setup. Under that is 4 more spots for 4 more businesses.
EasyAs does not care about the name of the business, everything in the system is connected to the line itself.
So if you setup and ran two businesses, and at the top was business A and next in line was business B, don’t go changing the names around.
Whilst you can edit the name, it does not mean that the name has anything to do with the data in the system, the data is tied to the line, not the name. So any expenses entered in when you select to use Business A get recorded against line 1. If you come in the next day and decide to change the names around because you want Business B to be on the top, all the previous entries you made against Business A remain against Line 1, so if you change the names and place Business B on the top, you will see those expenses previously recorded against Business A…
