Please be aware: If you have experienced a pc crash then after you have downloaded and reinstalled the software you will need to restore your data files.

After you have completed the restore you may find that when you run the program for the first time you end up at a software subscription screen, this screen may be advising you that you need to purchase a subscription or download the latest update…

If you see the subscription screen then you also need to apply the latest update.. Go to this page and download and install the latest update: https://www.easyasaccountingsoftware.com/update.htm

Yes it does sound a bit silly as you should have already installed the latest version when you did the new install.  The reason your seeing that screen is because your data files were last used on an earlier version of the program, thus they need to update themselves to the latest version before you can use the program.  This is solved by simply installing the latest update.
